Customer Success Specialist | Makati, The Philippines

Role Summary:

The Customer Success team helps ensure that all our clients get their desired outcome when signing up for GetGround’s products and services. You will collaborate closely with our account management team to ensure that our clients receive the best support, as well as share feedback and learnings from your interactions with them. Please note, this role follows a shifting schedule. 

What you will do:

  • Work with our account management team based in London to support our clients through the sales process
  • Demonstrate our sign up process to clients via video or phone call, answering key questions and helping troubleshoot any issues they may encounter
  • Report any technical issues and provide feedback from clients on new features or products to our product team
  • Update our customer databases
  • Ensure excellent communication with our clients, sales teams, and our internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to better support our clients through our product

You should apply if you:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in any four year course or equivalent experience 
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Have experience speaking with and supporting international users
  • Are motivated to learn new concepts, try new processes, and contribute feedback on how we can improve
  • Are keen to work within an international context
  • Are willing to work on-site in our office in Makati, 5 days per week
