Sarah Jeon

Sarah Jeon currently serves as the UX Research Operations Lead at Getty Images since March 2022 and as a Client Care Coordinator at TELUS Health | TELUS Santé since October 2020, where responsibilities include emergency triage and facilitating communication to ensure timely support for at-risk clients. Previously, Sarah worked as a Research Assistant at McGill University from June 2020 to September 2022, contributing to projects focused on social-emotional development under the guidance of Dr. Chiaki Konishi. Earlier in Sarah's career, Sarah also co-authored research at NYU Langone Health from March 2017 to March 2018, exploring non-pharmacological interventions to prevent delirium, with findings presented at the NICHE 2018 conference. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from McGill University and a degree in User Experience (UX) Design from the University of Toronto.
