Kathy Davidson

Kathy Davidson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in programme and project management within the education and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Senior Programme Manager for Custom Programmes at GIBS Business School since June 2014, Kathy oversees a team responsible for innovative management and leadership development for a diverse client portfolio. Previous roles include Project Manager at Connemara, where Kathy managed leadership development initiatives, and Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Accenture. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Compensation and Benefits at HSBC and Professional Development Specialist at Accenture. Kathy holds a Higher Diploma from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cape Town.
