Daniel Lim

Daniel Lim is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and credit investing. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager within the Alternative Credit Group at GIC since January 2016, Daniel focuses on private corporate credit opportunities in the Asia-Pacific and emerging markets. Previous roles include managing emerging markets credit investments and overseeing senior, junior debt, and equity investments in private equity-backed companies during tenure as Vice President at GIC. Daniel held the position of Associate at Partners Group, specializing in senior and mezzanine loan investments in Europe, and began a career at KPMG Corporate Finance as an Analyst, advising on loan portfolios. Early experience includes roles as a Junior Derivatives Trader at Tibra Capital and as a Summer Analyst at Citi. Daniel holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from UCL and is a chartered accountant and CFA charterholder.
