Greg Gagnon

Greg Gagnon has a wealth of experience in technical operations and program management. Greg began their career in 2005 as an Operations Manager for the United States Air Force. In 2013, they became an IT Project Manager for Fresenius Medical Care. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Director of Network Operations for Senet, Connecting the IoT Revolution. Greg then moved on to Single Digits, Inc. as a Director of Program Management in 2018. In 2019, they became a Senior Manager of Enterprise PMO at Captivate, LLC. In 2021, they joined Starry, Inc. as a Senior Director of Technical Operations. Currently, they are the Director of Technical Operations at GiGstreem, a position they have held since 2022. Throughout their career, they have achieved great success, such as quickly turning a failing market around from achieving only 38% of quarterly goal to reaching 73%, 99%, 115%, 103%, and 183%. Greg has also tripled productivity by designing and implementing a 200 step/5 project template suite, QA/QC, and cross functional processes using KPI's, cloud-based tools, dashboards, and refined communication cadence.

Greg Gagnon holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Greg has also attended Air University's Airman Leadership School. Additionally, they are ITIL V3 Foundation Certified and has obtained Peoplesafe 6.0 RF Awareness from Sitesafe.
