The Role

As the Director of Marketing at Givecloud, you will be a key leader in establishing, and amplifying our brand's voice and mission. You will build and steer our marketing efforts towards innovative strategies, establish deep engagement with our audience, and enhance the visibility of our nonprofit software solutions with energy, creativity and insight. You understand that the importance of brand awareness is its measurement of how well you're known and brand preference is the impact of that awareness

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership:

  • Build, inspire, and provide strategic leadership to our marketing team, nurturing their individual talents and driving collective success through innovation and collaboration.

  • Establish clear marketing objectives and provide resources to enable your team to reach new heights and the business to achieve its corporate objectives.

Marketing Strategy & Research:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and generate leads aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.

  • Work in tandem with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Brand and Community Engagement:

  • Build the Givecloud brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

  • Cultivate a strong brand presence across various platforms, resonating with both existing and potential nonprofit partners.

  • Engage with our community, listening to feedback and turning it into actionable insights.

  • Maintain a positive public image for the company and when necessary, managing relationships with the media.

Content and Campaign Management:

  • Oversee and actively participate in the creation of compelling content and marketing campaigns that tell our story and demonstrate the value of our solutions.

  • Analyze market trends and campaign performance to refine our approach continually.

Budget and Performance Management:

  • Developing and managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.

  • Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics, preparing regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications
