Jason Finkelstein is the Chief Marketing Officer at Gladly. Prior to joining Gladly, Jason served as an advisor at Linqia, and as the Chief Marketing Officer at AdRoll, a division of NextRoll. Jason is a full-stack marketing leader with experience in growth/demand gen, product marketing, and brand/buzz teams. Jason has rebuilt marketing teams from the ground up and driven business transformation by refocusing on product-led SaaS models and hybrid (outbound & inbound) GTM motions. Jason has also built an inbound flywheel engine that grew inbound sourced revenue from 5% to 45% of the business.
Jason Finkelstein has a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University. Jason majored in computer science and economics and also studied marketing and entrepreneurship. Jason Finkelstein also has a high school diploma from Gilman School.
