Eileen Adao

Eileen Adao has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various leadership roles. Eileen is currently the Vice President of Strategy & Partnerships at Glean AI, where they are responsible for developing strategic partnerships. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Member at Chief, a professional networking organization for women. Eileen also served as the Senior Director of Accountant & Customer Development at FINSYNC, where they focused on customer growth and development. Additionally, Eileen has worked in business development at Harness Wealth, as the Head of Accountant Channel at CollBox, and as the Vice President of Growth at Xendoo. Eileen has extensive experience in platform operations and customer journey optimization, having served as the VP of Platform Operations at 1-800Accountant. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Xero, including Regional Director, East US, and Head of Professional Services & Implementations. Eileen also has experience in professional organizations, having held leadership positions at the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA). Eileen started their career at EY, where they worked on financial statement disclosures, coaching and supervising teams, and performing detailed testing for various clients. Overall, Eileen has a diverse range of experience in finance, accounting, business development, and leadership.
