Kevin Munson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kevin is currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at Glen Raven since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager of Talent Management at Vail Resorts from 2021 to 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Kevin worked at DISH Network as the Leadership & Organizational Development Manager. Earlier in their career, Kevin worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan as the Director of Leadership Development from 2008 to 2009. Kevin developed and implemented a leadership development strategy for all levels of leaders.

Kevin's early career includes roles at Pfizer Inc from 2001 to 2008, where they served as the Global Director/Team Leader of Learning and Development, Manager/Team Leader at the Kalamazoo Plant, and Technical Training Specialist.

Kevin Munson has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology from West Virginia University. Kevin also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University. Prior to their higher education, Kevin obtained a High School Diploma in International Business from the American Community School. In addition to their formal education, Kevin Munson has obtained the certification of High Performance Learning Journey Champion from the Official Brinkerhoff Certification for High Performance Learning Journeys in March 2023.
