Leelia Rohumaa

Leelia Rohumaa has extensive experience in people operations and culture. Leelia currently holds the position of Director of People Operations at Glia. Prior to that, they worked at Pipedrive, where they held various roles, including Director of People & Culture Programmes and Global Head of People & Culture. Before Pipedrive, Leelia worked at Skype, where they served as an HR Manager and Learning & Development Consultant. Their responsibilities at Skype included managing HR operations, employee onboarding programs, and strategic initiatives for employee excellence. Leelia's work experience spans from 2005 to the present.

Leelia Rohumaa completed their MBA in Economics and Business Administration from Tallinn University of Technology from 2003 to 2005. Leelia also obtained a Diploma in Customs from Estonian Academy of Security Sciences from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified OKR Practitioner (C-OKRP) - Level 1 from OKR International and as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner delivered by Change Partners.
