Dan Danowski

Dan Danowski has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in web design, development, and user experience. Starting in 2000 as a Research Assistant at Cornell University Geology Department, they then moved on to work as a Web & Graphic Designer at the Cornell Center for Materials Research. Dan later joined Sanmita Inc. as a Web Developer, followed by a position as a Web Designer at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. In 2009, Dan became a User Experience Consultant at Learning Pool Ltd, and also served as a Web Designer/Developer for a brief period. Dan then worked as a User Experience Engineer at 8over8 from 2013 to 2015. Since 2015, Dan has been at AVEVA, where they started as a Senior User Experience Design Engineer and eventually became part of a remote UX team. Dan'sroles at AVEVA included leading a project on creating a company-wide design system and collaborating with a team covering 130+ products. In 2022, Dan joined Global Savings Group as a Lead Designer.

Dan Danowski attended Hicksville High School from 1995 to 1999. Dan then went on to study Geology at Hartwick College, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from 1995 to 2000.
