Mat Perkins

Mat Perkins has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mat is currently serving as the VP Product at Global Savings Group since January 2023. Prior to this, Mat worked at Klarna from 2016 to 2023, where they held various roles such as Product Group Lead and Product Director. Mat played a key role in establishing Klarna in the UK and led product management including the UK launch of Pay Later 30 and Slice it. Before Klarna, Mat worked at eBay and its subsidiary e-Dialog in different leadership positions from 2008 to 2016. Mat also had experience at Lightspeed Research and Fladgate Fielder as a Software Developer. Additionally, Mat had the opportunity to work as a Software Developer at the Sydney Olympics in the year 2000.

Mat Perkins studied Ancient History and Archaeology at the University of Birmingham. Mat has additional certifications as a Certified Java Programmer from Sun and in Product Management from Pragmatic Marketing. Mat also holds a Prince2 Practitioner certification.
