Madhukar Koratagere

Madhukar Koratagere started their career as a Software Engineer at Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2005. Madhukar then joined Motorola as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on system integration testing for CDMA operations. Madhukar was responsible for setting up end-to-end labs, solution validation, and mentoring new hires. In 2010, they moved to Cisco and held various roles, including Software Engineer 2, Software Engineer 3, and Engineering Technical Leader. At Cisco, Madhukar led solution validation and integration for 3G, 4G, and 5G-NSA solutions, worked on end-to-end lab setup, and handled customer escalations. Madhukar also played a key role in team building and mentoring. Currently, Madhukar serves as the Director of Quality Assurance at Global Savings Group, starting in 2022.

Madhukar Koratagere completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from PES Institute of Technology between 2001 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their SSLC from Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Institution, Muddenahalli, from 1996 to 1999.
