Thilak Sriram P has extensive experience in product management and loyalty programs. Thilak currently serves as Sr. Director of Product Management at Global Savings Group, where they oversee the company's consumer-facing products portfolio and collaborates with various teams to drive business growth globally. Prior to this, they worked at zooplus as a Product Area Lead, leading the development of loyalty programs and enhancing the customer journey. Thilak also served as a Manager at PAYBACK, where they were responsible for global loyalty platforms and B2B(2C) APIs. Earlier in their career, they worked at IQVIA as a Principal Business Analyst and at Fidelity Investments as a Business System Analyst. Thilak began their career at Cognizant as a Trainee.

Thilak Sriram P holds a PGDM degree in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Thilak also has a PDP in Project Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bishop Heber College. In addition, Thilak has obtained certifications as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the IIBA International Institute of Business Analysis and as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate from Oracle.
