Temitayo Ogunade

Temitayo (Ty) Ogunade is an experienced Contracts Manager at GWI, responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial SaaS agreements, reseller agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. Previous roles include Contracts Officer at The Alan Turing Institute, where Temitayo managed research contracts and collaborated on contractual terms with external parties, and Locum Paralegal at Hogan Lovells, focusing on document review for contract disputes.
