Courtney Quinones

Courtney (Glass) Quinones, MBA has extensive work experience in compliance and analytics roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Courtney currently serves as the Director of Compliance at Globus Medical, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were an Associate Director at LEO Pharma, where they led compliance monitoring and analytics initiatives, designed data analytics processes, and supported compliance monitoring and investigations. Courtney also held various roles at Pfizer, including Senior Manager in risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and analytics, as well as Global Compliance Auditing. In these positions, they ensured integrated, risk-based approaches to compliance and conducted audits of non-clinical safety studies. Before joining Pfizer, Courtney worked as an Analytical Scientist at GlaxoSmithKline, where they supported the research and development of pharmaceutical compounds through analytical techniques. Courtney also served as a Bioanalytical Scientist at Wyeth, performing method development and validation of pharmaceutical compounds. Courtney has a strong background in compliance, analytics, and scientific analysis, making their a valuable asset in the pharmaceutical industry.

Courtney (Glass) Quinones, MBA completed their undergraduate studies at Ursinus College in 2001, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Management at West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2011. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute.
