Sarit Tzur

Sarit Tzur has a diverse background in human resources, with extensive experience in various HR roles. Sarit is currently working as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Proactive-HR, where they provide HR guidance and support. Sarit also holds positions as an HR Manager at Mars Media Group and Particula. In the past, Sarit served as the Head of Human Resources at a startup company in the renewable energy sector and as an HRBP at Azrieli Group. Prior to that, they worked as an HR manager and purchasing manager at Herzliya municipality, where they were responsible for supplier management and leading a team. Sarit also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Specialist at Agilent Technologies, focusing on learning and development and community relations. Additionally, they held roles as a Communication Manager at RAD Data Communications and as a Responsible for HR and Personal Assistant of the COO and CFO at ARX (Algorithmic Research). Throughout their career, Sarit has demonstrated strengths in recruitment, performance management, and consulting with employees and managers.

Sarit Tzur obtained a Diploma in Group Facilitator from Gishot Excellence group in the years 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2003 and 2005.
