Amitt Sharma has over 13 years of work experience in various roles. Amitt began their career in 2007 at Apple as a L2 Tech Lead. In 2009, they worked as a Research Analyst at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and as a Territory Sales Manager at Aditya Birla Group. Amitt then joined Akamai Technologies in 2013 as an Account Manager for Commerce and Retail. In 2016, they worked as an Enterprise Account Manager at Replicon and as Manager for Regional Sales and Account Management and Manager for Customer Success Organization at Unbxd Inc. In 2018, they were an Associate Director for Success and Client Services at Sprinklr. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Head of Customer Success at Observe.AI and is currently the Senior Director of Customer Success, SEA and ANZ at MoEngage Inc. Amitt is set to become the Chief Customer Officer at GoKwik in 2022.

Amitt Sharma completed a B.E. in Telecommunications Engineering from PES University from 2005 to 2009. In 2011 to 2013, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Alliance University. Amitt also has a number of certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate Cloud (CCNA-Cloud) from Cisco in March 2016, PMP Refresher from PMI Bangalore Chapter in January 2015, IAB Digital Marketing and Media Foundations Certification from Institute of Business Administration in April 2014, MS Office Expert from Microsoft in March 2014, BEC Vantage British Council from British Council in November 2013, Edward De Bono - Six Thinking Hats from Edward de Bono Methods in February 2013, Intern - Certificate of Excellence from Mahindra & Mahindra in May 2012, and Volunteer from HelpAge India in January 2006.
