Nicole Gaffney

Nicole Gaffney has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Nicole is currently working as the Revenue Cycle Management, Operations Lead at Golden Gate Urology, Inc. Before that, they worked as an Operations Manager at Allergy and Asthma Associates of Northern California, where they successfully transitioned the medical group to electronic medical records. Prior to that, they served as a Practice Transformation Specialist at Silicon Valley Medical Development, where they played a crucial role in the transition of a bankrupt medical group. Nicole also has experience as an Operations Project Manager at Verity Medical Foundation and as a Training Supervisor and Front Office Quality Specialist at DCHS Medical Foundation. Nicole started their career as a Patient Services Representative at San Jose Medical Group.
