Ian S.

Ian S. has a solid work experience in the field of supply chain and transportation management. Ian currently holds the position of Director of Supply Chain Improvement & PMO at Golden West Food Group, where they oversee multiple projects involving warehouse facilities, inventory management, and software implementation. Prior to this, Ian worked as a Transportation Operations Manager at the same company, where they implemented telematics and IoT devices to enhance supply chain visibility and managed cross-department efforts for seasonal programs. Before joining Golden West Food Group, they served as a Transportation Manager at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc, where they successfully led a team through a large contract startup and managed account finances. Ian also gained experience as a Fleet Assistant at SIXT, where they managed logistics for fleet vehicles at their flagship U.S. location.

Ian S. earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Business from SUNY Oneonta in 2017. Ian then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at West Texas A&M University from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, Ian obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Southern California and as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in 2023.
