Consulting involved co-leading vendor due diligence across industrials and insurance-tech sectors. An investment team pre-MBA internship at Sparrow Capital focused on early-stage investments in B2B, SaaS, FinTech, and B2C startups. Varnika's extensive tenure at Procter & Gamble included leadership positions in E-Commerce Strategy & Operations and Transportation Digitisation across the Asia, Middle East, and Africa regions, resulting in significant sales and cost savings. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BTech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
