Karthik Hariharan

Karthik Hariharan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Karthik recently joined Goodwater as the VP of Engineering, where they are responsible for building software and data solutions to help their portfolio companies succeed. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Roblox, focusing on abuse detection and user moderation. Before that, they were the VP of Engineering at Digit, where they grew the team and re-organized the engineering organization. Karthik also has experience at Uber, where they held multiple senior engineering management roles and played a key role in growing the organization. Karthik has previous experience at Desk.com, Pravega Corporation, Pure Charity, RemitDATA, MedAssets, and Telligent - A Verint Company, where they contributed to various engineering projects and led teams.

Karthik Hariharan completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1998 to 2002. Karthik also obtained a certification in Startup Engineering from Coursera in 2013.
