Ravi A. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ravi started their career as a Graduate R&D engineer at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, where they successfully completed a new vehicle release project from concept to production stage. Ravi then worked as a Quality Assurance Assistant at the University of Nebraska Lincoln, where they established and implemented quality control procedures.

Ravi then joined Cummins Inc. as a Project Engineer, where they designed and implemented after-treatment systems for customer applications. Ravi later took on roles such as Engineering Manufacturing Interface, Sr. Quality Engineer, Customer Quality Leader, and Value Stream Business Manager. In these positions, they resolved product/process compatibility issues, mentored teams to achieve quality targets, and improved customer satisfaction with product/process quality.

After their tenure at Cummins Inc., Ravi joined Corning Incorporated as the Global Business Planning and Strategy Manager, where they played a key role in business planning and strategy development. Ravi is currently working as the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Gorbel Inc., overseeing quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ravi A. completed their Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Smith School of Business at Queen's University between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Masters degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2002 to 2005. Ravi also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Manufacturing Certificate from the University of Michigan.
