Ahmad Al-Musa

Ahmad AL-Musa M.D, DHS, LSSBB, PMP has been practicing quality management and process improvement for the last 10 years. He was a student and coaching fellow for the Institute for Healthcare Improvement on Organizational Leadership & Change. He obtained his Doctorate from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science with a concentration in Educational Leadership in 2019 and his Medical Degree from the Jordanian University of Science and Technology in 2011. The focus of his capstone dissertation was how to improve pediatric developmental screening in a primary care setting. Ahmad is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional. Prior to joining Gosnold, he worked as the Director of Quality and Performance Improvement for Blue Cross Blue Shield/Beacon Health Options in Rocky Hill, CT and prior to that he worked for Magellan Health/Senior Whole Health in Cambridge, MA as a Senior Quality Manger. Ahmad had also served as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow for Harvard Medical School and is currently a reviewer for the Journal of Transplantation and the British Medical Journal. He has presented at many national and international conferences about the importance of performance and quality initiatives throughout healthcare.
