Lorelei Smith Curt has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Lorelei started their career as a Marketing Specialist at The Money Store in 1996 before moving on to become a Product Manager at First Union National Bank Small Business Lending. At CampusEngine, they served as an Advertising Manager, increasing advertising revenue opportunities and analyzing web traffic for multiple colleges. Lorelei then joined Tower Records / Tower.com as the Director of Customer Relationship Marketing, overseeing customer acquisition and retention strategies. In 2005, they founded Direct Effect before joining Invoca as the Director of Customer Success in 2010. Lorelei also held positions at Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. as a Facilities Advisor and at GoTo as a Manager, Senior Director, and currently as the VP of Americas, UCC Customer Success. Their experience spans customer success, marketing, and leadership roles across multiple industries.

Lorelei Smith Curt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences from the University of California, Davis from 1989 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended San Marcos High School from 1985 to 1989. Lorelei also has obtained additional certifications in various leadership and teamwork skills from LinkedIn, including Leadership through Feedback, Leading and Working in Teams, Setting Team and Employee Goals, Creating a Culture of Service, and Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership. Lorelei has also completed HireBest Mastery Training: Expert from Aesop Partners.
