Layane Khaled

Layane Khaled is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Laceco since September 2024, responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, leading recruitment efforts, and fostering a diverse workplace culture. Previously, Layane held the position of HR and Talent Acquisition Manager at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality, managing a team of over 60 employees and overseeing all aspects of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Layane possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, complemented by extensive knowledge and practical experience in HR strategies and employee relations across various sectors.
