Jim Cooney

Jim Cooney is a Senior Analyst at Global Planning Initiatives (GPI) since January 2019. Prior to that, Jim served as a Program Manager at Prevailance, Inc. from May 2008 to December 2018. Before their civilian career, Jim was a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy from 1986 to 2008, including a role at VP 45 from June 1987 to January 1991. Jim holds a MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a BS in Chemistry from Eastern Michigan University.
