Kevin Sallée

Kevin Sallée has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and pipeline development for visual effects (VFX) and animation companies. Kevin has worked in various roles, including Senior Software Engineer at GPL Technologies, Senior Contract Specialist at One Drop, Software Engineer at Sano Intelligence, Lead R&D Developer at Cinesite, Head of Pipeline at Rodeo FX, Senior Pipeline Developer at Animal Logic, Senior Pipeline Engineer at Pipangaï, Head of VFX Pipeline Mumbai at Prime Focus, Pipeline TD at Cluster Studio, and R&D Engineer at Duran duboi.

Throughout their career, Kevin has been involved in developing and maintaining pipelines and tools for different departments, utilizing various programming languages and technologies such as Python, PyQt, Maya, Nuke, RV, Shotgun, and Tank. Kevin has also successfully managed teams and played a key role in transforming support-focused teams into proactive development teams. Kevin's expertise includes TDD, Git, Jenkins, AWS, MySQL, and sqlAlchemy, among others.

Kevin Sallée's education history begins in 1994 at Lycée français de San Salvador, where they studied until 1997. From 2001 to 2003, they attended lycée privé sainte geneviève. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at ENSIIE - École Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique pour l'Industrie et l'Entreprise, graduating in 2006. In 2006-2007, they also spent a year at CREAPOLE, specializing in Computer Graphics.
