Cj Lecky Cmp

CJ Lecky, CMP has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. They have held various roles at different companies throughout their career. To start, CJ worked at Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Sales Manager from 2000 to 2004, where they were responsible for managing key accounts and increasing Hyatt's market share. They then joined Commonwealth Hotels as a Senior Sales Manager from 2005 to 2007. After that, CJ worked at the Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau as a Sales Manager in 2007. In 2008, they returned to Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Worldwide Sales Manager, where their knowledge of Hyatt properties and strategic relationships with customers helped drive growth. In 2012, CJ joined 21c Museum Hotels as a Director of Sales and Marketing, where they oversaw daily operations, managed the sales team, and implemented effective marketing strategies. In 2017, they were promoted to Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing, Business Development at 21c Museum Hotels, where they provided leadership, guidance, and support to the general managers and sales and marketing teams for revenue generation. CJ then moved on to Aparium as the National Sales Director in 2018, before joining Graduate Hotels as the Regional Vice President of Sales in 2019. Currently, CJ holds the position of Vice President of Sales at Graduate Hotels.

CJ Lecky, CMP holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Kentucky. In May 2015, CJ obtained the Certified Meeting Planner certification from both the Events Industry Council and the Convention Industry Council.
