Michael Nero has a diverse work experience in the field of client services and account management. Michael is currently serving as the Vice President Client Services at Graebel Companies, Inc., where they are responsible for developing and implementing client-specific strategies to advance client mobility programs. Michael has maintained 100% client satisfaction and extended their largest client on two separate occasions. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Senior Director Account Management at Graebel Companies, Inc. where they maintained 100% client satisfaction and signed their largest client to a three-year extension. Before joining Graebel Companies, Inc., Michael worked at Cartus, where they held various roles including Global Account Manager and Senior Client Services Consultant. During their tenure at Cartus, they successfully managed the daily operation of the business unit, developed account-specific plans, and maintained high customer service levels. Michael also has experience as a Campaign Manager at ComQuest Marketing.

Michael Nero completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Connecticut, from 1999 to 2003. Michael later pursued an M.B.A in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix, from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their degrees, Michael Nero also holds certifications in Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) from Worldwide ERC®.
