Steven Giles

Steven Giles has extensive experience in the field of human resources, having worked in various companies and positions over the years. Steven'smost recent role was as the Head of HR at Grafton Group plc, a position they have held since 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Employee Services at Rentokil Initial from 2010 to 2014. Steven also worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at City Link from 2007 to 2010, and at PH Hotels from 2005 to 2007. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at sketch restaurants from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they worked for InterContinental Hotels Group, where they served as a Regional Human Resources Manager from 1998 to 2004. Steven also had roles as a Human Resources Assistant and Human Resources Coordinator in various locations in the United States within the InterContinental Hotels Group between 1996 and 1997.

Steven Giles obtained their BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies from Birmingham City University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they participated in an exchange placement program at the University of Oklahoma from 1995 to 1996, focusing on Business Studies as well.
