Shilo Magen

Shilo Magen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shilo started their career in 2004 by founding Hartata.com, a company they led until 2006. Shilo then co-founded MTAHack in 2016 and served as a Co-Founder until 2017. In 2013, Shilo worked at Logic Industries Ltd. as a C&C Room Trainer and Implementer for a few months. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at SAP as a Full Stack Developer. Shilo joined the Israel Defense Forces in 2019, where they held the position of Tech Lead, Major until 2022. Following this, they joined Wix.com in various roles, including as a Front End Developer, Engineering Team Lead, and Engineering Group Manager. Additionally, since 2022, Shilo founded Textplz, a WhatsApp bot focused on voice note transcription. Their most recent position is as VP R&D at Grain, a role they assumed in 2023.

Shilo Magen holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
