Fransiska Nawangwulan

Fransiska Nawangwulan is an experienced professional in the fields of training and human resources management, currently serving as the Training & Development Manager at PT Grand Indonesia since April 2013. In this role, Fransiska manages the Training and Talent Development Department, focusing on the design and delivery of training programs aligned with the company's needs. Prior to this, Fransiska worked as a Training Performance Consultant at AchieveGlobal Indonesia, specializing in skills training and performance enhancement. Additional experience includes tenures as a Trainer at Hotel Mulia Senayan and Human Resources Manager at Manhattan Hotel, alongside early roles in sales and administration. Fransiska holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
