Jana Henry

Jana Henry has over 20 years of experience in various human resources roles. Jana most recently worked as the Director of Talent at Grand Living Management starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were the NAF HR Director at Naval Air Station Jacksonville from 2015 to 2022. Jana also served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Leadership Development at YMCA of Florida's First Coast from 2011 to 2015, and as an HR Manager at YMCA of Greater Charlotte from 2008 to 2011. Jana has also held positions at Samaritan's Purse, Cenveo, Papa John's International, and Harper's Restaurant Group. Overall, Jana has experience in strategic HR planning, employee relations, talent management, and leadership development.

Jana Henry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bemidji State University in 1991. Jana then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Human Resources degree from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, which they obtained between 1991 and 1993. Additionally, in 2007, Jana obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and in 2016, they obtained the SHRM - SCP certification from SHRM.
