Cassandra Johnson

Cassandra Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Cassandra is currently working as a Product Strategist at GrandPad since November 2021. Prior to that, they were a Manager, Product Delivery at Fiserv from February 2021 to November 2021, where they managed a group of Product Owners and facilitated trainings and workshops. Cassandra also worked as a Product Owner at Fiserv from September 2019 to February 2021, where they collaborated with Product Managers and Technical Leadership to translate the product vision to the development team.

Before joining Fiserv, Cassandra worked as a Product Owner at Home Instead Senior Care from December 2018 to September 2019, where they worked on enhancing the product and established a roadmap with the Product Manager. Prior to that, they were a Business Analyst at BANYAN from May 2018 to October 2018, where they worked with stakeholders to understand requested features and wrote requirements for the development team.

Cassandra's earlier experience includes working at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska. Cassandra was a Product Owner from June 2012 to May 2018, responsible for managing and grooming backlog for enterprise initiatives. Cassandra also worked as an Integrated Benefits Specialist from August 2010 to April 2013 and as a Claims Processor from May 2009 to August 2010.

Cassandra Johnson pursued their education in a chronological order by first enrolling at Bellevue University from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management. Later, they went on to attain a Master's degree in Organizational Performance from Bellevue University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.
