Sue Odio, SHRM-SCP has a long and varied career in human resources and operations. Sue began their career in 2003 as the Owner and Operations Manager of DROdio Real Estate, Inc. and a Series 7 Stockbroker. In 2009, they joined PointAbout Inc. as a Project Manager, where they managed the Newsweek iPad project from inception to publication, interfaced with client stakeholders, and coordinated project communication between executives and internal departments. In 2011, they joined Socialize, Inc. as a Product Manager and Head of Operations of Subsidiary AppMakr, where they managed and operated the entire subsidiary brand, owned the entire product life cycle, and managed an engineering team. In 2015, they became Talent Acquisition Manager at ShareThis, where they owned the recruiting department, standardized interview questions, and provided interviewer training. In 2017, they joined Armory as Director of Business Operations, Head of People & Talent Acquisition, where they developed and utilized frameworks to help structure the team's thinking, drove visibility, and facilitated alignment. In 2021, they joined Stellate as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations; Head of People, and also became an Advisor: People & Operations at FounderCulture, where they are building a trusted community by Founders, for Founders to reduce the friction of founding and scaling venture-backed companies.
Sue Odio holds a degree in Finance, General from Penn State University and is a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certified by SHRM.
