Matthew Horowitz

Matthew Horowitz is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Customer Success & Operations at Grata since January 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions including Customer Success & Operations Manager at Grata, Partnerships Manager at Pontosense, and Business Management & Operations at RideAlike. Matthew also owned and operated Matt's Smokehouse, a BBQ joint in Toronto, in 2021. Matthew’s background includes significant financial and operational analysis work at Namaste Technologies and Aurora Cannabis Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing inventory and improving operational efficiency. Matthew gained early career experience through internships at Spin Master and RBC, focusing on eCommerce analytics and business analysis, respectively. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University.
