Ron Woodford Mba

Ron Woodford, PMP MBA, has over 20 years of experience in project management and IT consulting. Ron served as a Project Director/Doctoral Student at Greater Cleveland RTA from 2012 onwards, leading large, complex projects and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic plan. Ron also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Lakeland Community College and an IT Instructor at Cuyahoga Community College from 2016 to 2021.

Prior to that, Ron was a Senior Project Manager at ACS, a XEROX Company, from 2003 to 2011, where they led large, complex projects and managed resources and services. Ron was also an IT Consultant at Delta Airlines from 2000 to 2001 and a Principal Consultant at SCT-Government Service (GS) from 1999 to 2000.

Ron's experience also includes working as an IT Consultant at Telegroup Inc. from 1997 to 1999 and as an IT Consultant and PMO designer at the City of Atlanta & Local Organizations from 2001 to 2003. Throughout their career, Ron has demonstrated expertise in resource management, contract management, client communication, and relationship development, as well as adherence to quality and methodology standards.

Ron Woodford, PMP MBA, is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from Franklin University, with an expected completion year of 2025. Ron has also obtained a certificate in Engineering Leadership from Ashland University.

In terms of previous education, Ron holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Cleveland State University. Ron completed their undergraduate studies at Cleveland State University as well, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies/Affairs. Ron also has a certificate in Performance Measurement from Rutgers University - Newark and completed coursework in ITS Project Management & Systems Engineering at the University of Maryland.

Alongside their academic achievements, Ron has obtained several certifications. Ron is certified in Social and Behavioral Research through the CITI Program, with the certification obtained in June 2023. Ron is also a certified Yoga teacher, having completed the 200-hour RYT program with Yoga Alliance. Additionally, they hold the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
