Leana Moon

Leana Moon is an accomplished healthcare technology leader currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Greater Good Health since 2024. Previously, Leana held the position of Director of Product Operations at Stellar Health, where responsibilities included optimizing tools and operating cadences to enhance organizational leverage and visibility. Prior roles include Director of Customer Success at Odeza, where Leana built the customer success team, and Senior Project Manager at Rush University Medical Center, where significant telehealth growth was achieved during the COVID pandemic. Leana’s consulting experience includes work at Nordic Consulting Partners and strategy consulting for the UCLA Institute of the Environment and Sustainability. Leana's educational background includes an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from Macalester College, along with additional studies at renowned institutions in Peru and France.
