Kristy Sears

Kristy Sears is an experienced Human Resources Specialist currently working at the Local Investment Commission (LINC) since July 2021. Prior to this role, Kristy served as the One Stop Shop Coordinator at Community Services League from February 2019 to July 2021, and as a Recruiter at American Central Transport from September 2018 to February 2019. Kristy began a career in recruitment as the Recruiting and Hiring Coordinator at Apple Bus Company from August 2014 to September 2018. Kristy holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Cowley County Community College and attended Southwestern College from 2002 to 2004.
