Helen Simpson

Helen Simpson has a diverse work experience that spans over many years. Helen has held key roles in various organizations, showcasing their expertise in strategic coordination, project management, and marketing. Helen's most recent position was at the Greater London Authority, where they served as the Head of Strategic Coordination, leading initiatives addressing the socio-economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to this, they worked as the Marketing Director at The Payments Association, where they successfully executed strategic marketing campaigns and developed new revenue streams. Helen also made significant contributions during their time at the Department of Premier and Cabinet in Victoria, Australia, where they played a crucial role in developing and implementing self-determination policies for the Aboriginal community. Additionally, they have experience in event management, having worked with organizations such as C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group, M-is Plc, and Qatar Foundation. Helen began their career at HSBC, where they held various roles in sales and customer service.

Helen Simpson completed their BA Honours degree in Events Management at Leeds Metropolitan University from 2010 to 2014. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA at ESCP Business School, starting in 2022 and expected to finish in 2024.
