Ebrahim Akhondi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ebrahim currently holds the position of Vice President of Technology at Green Li-ion since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Technology from December 2021 to January 2023 and as the Research and Development Manager from June 2021 to December 2021 at the same company.

Before joining Green Li-ion, Ebrahim worked at Hydroleap as a Research and Development and Production Manager from December 2019 to June 2021. Prior to that, Ebrahim was a Production Manager at Delta Niroo Gameron from April 2018 to July 2019. In this role, they supervised a team of production engineers and operators in multiple water and wastewater treatment plants while managing the design team and leading various projects.

Ebrahim's academic career includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Islamic Azad University Central Tehran Branch from September 2015 to July 2019. Ebrahim taught various courses in chemical engineering and conducted research work while supervising master's degree students.

Additionally, they worked as a Research Fellow at NEWRI Ecosystem from August 2013 to August 2015.

Ebrahim Akhondi's education history begins with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Sistan and Baluchistan University, which they completed from 1999 to 2004. Ebrahim then pursued a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, studying from 2004 to 2007. Continuing their academic journey, Ebrahim pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, focusing on Membrane Technology for water/wastewater treatment from 2009 to 2013. Finally, they completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the same university from 2013 to 2015, continuing their research in Membrane Technology for Water/Wastewater Treatment.
