Adam Schwartz has extensive experience in customer success and business development. Adam started their career at Chronicle Books as a Publicity Coordinator from November 2012 to July 2014. Adam then moved on to Change.org, where they worked as a Global Business Development Coordinator from July 2014 to November 2015, and later as a Content Strategist from November 2015 to July 2016. In 2016, Adam joined Wunderkind as a Customer Success Manager and was promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager in December 2018, holding this position until April 2019. Adam then transitioned to Greenhouse Software, filling various customer success roles. Adam started as a Senior Customer Success Manager in April 2019 and became a Customer Success Director, Enterprise in March 2020. Adam further advanced to the position of Senior Customer Success Director, Enterprise in July 2021, and currently serves as the Team Manager, Enterprise Customer Success, a role they started in December 2021. Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated their expertise in customer success and their ability to contribute to a company's growth and strategic objectives.

Adam Schwartz attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2008 to 2012. Adam obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies during this time.
