Jess Williams has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are a Senior Enterprise Client Success Manager at Greenhouse Software, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BrainStorm Inc. where they held multiple roles including Senior Customer Success Manager and Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Jess also worked as an Implementation Manager, responsible for integrating QuickHelp into client's IT infrastructure and resolving operational and technical challenges. Additionally, they served as a Sales Development Representative. Before joining BrainStorm Inc., Jess worked at Mustang Marketing as a Marketing Production Manager from August 2013 to November 2016. In this role, they managed and improved the start-to-finish process for client projects, oversaw internal quality control and work management processes, and facilitated accounts payable and generating financial reports. Jess Williams earned a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles, which was obtained between the years 2006 and 2010. In addition, Jess obtained a certification in the Second Wind Agency Operations' Workflow and Efficacy Program from Second Wind in June 2014.
