Mike Lee

Mike Lee has a diverse work experience in sales and customer success roles. Mike is currently the VP of Account Management at Greenhouse Software. Previously, they worked as an Advisor at Mammoth Analytics in 2022. From 2018 to 2022, Mike held multiple roles at UserTesting, including Global VP of Renewals Account Management, where they led a team and increased gross retention rates. Before that, they worked as a Senior Director at Imperva, where they directed a global customer success and renewals team. Mike also has experience at Actuate, CT Summation, VMware, Rational Software, and Pure Software, where they held various sales and management positions.

Mike Lee obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology - Organizational Studies, Psychology, and Economics from the University of California, Davis.
