Support Engineering Manager at Greenhouse

Sean Connolly has a diverse work experience starting from 2005 to the present in various roles. From 2005 to 2014, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Dunnes Stores. In 2009, they briefly served as a Recording Studio Technician at Monorail Studio. Then, from 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Google Technical Support at Voxpro, where they provided advanced troubleshooting and escalated issues to Tier 2 support. From 2015 to 2022, Sean joined Poppulo, initially as a Customer Support Specialist and later on as a Tier 2 Technical Specialist, Technical Support Team Leader, and Senior Manager of Technical Support EMEA. During this period, they provided second-level support, served as a subject matter expert, and managed technical support teams. Currently, as of 2022, Sean is the Support Engineering Manager at Greenhouse Software, a leading hiring software company where they focus on improving aspects of hiring and elevating recruiting as a strategic business driver.

Sean Connolly completed their Leaving Certificate at CBS High School Clonmel from 2001 to 2007. Sean then pursued a Honours Bachelor Degree of Science in Music, Media and Performance Technology at the University of Limerick, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2012, Sean attended Limerick College of Further Education, where they obtained their Fetac Level 5 in Web Design. Sean furthered their education by completing an MSc in Computing (Information System Processes) at Waterford Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2014.
