Siva Nadella has a diverse work experience spanning over several reputable companies. Siva currently holds the position of VP - Architecture & Solutions Engineering at Goldman Sachs, a role they began in May 2022. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Siva was the Director of Architecture & Solutions Engineering at GreenSky®, starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Head of Architecture and Engineering at CIAPSO from August 2014 until March 2021. Siva also has experience as the Director of Products Development (Architecture & Engineering) at Infogix from September 2011 to July 2014 and as a Senior Engineering Manager at Planetsoft from 2008 to 2011. Siva previously held the positions of Vice President, FX Trading Engineering Lead at Bank Of America from 2004 to 2007, Architect & Development Lead at 3Com Corporation from 2000 to 2003, and Sr. Software Consultant at Software Pundits Inc from 1998 to 2000.

Siva Nadella holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Illinois Tech Stuart School of Business, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Siva also has a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Science & Mathematics from Andhra University. In terms of certifications, they are a Certified NFT Expert, Certified Metaverse Expert, and Certified Blockchain Architect from the Blockchain Council, all obtained in 2022.
