Mandy Clarke

Mandy is a chartered HR and organisation development professional with 30 years’ international and multi-sector experience. Mandy has been a senior and executive director for over 20 years in large and complex organisations; a non-executive director since 2011; and has operated a management consulting business since 2010.

Mandy is currently a non-executive director of Radian Group where she is the Chair of the Remunerations and Nominations Committee. She is a non-executive director of the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed, and a member of the Nominations Committee. Mandy is also a non-executive director of Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership. She was formerly the Chairman and a Trustee of Wiltshire Air Ambulance.

Mandy has an MA in Human Resources Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and a qualified programme director.

Mandy is passionate about the need for good quality affordable housing and is keen to help GreenSquare deliver more in the future.
