Rebecca Yu

Rebecca Yu is a dedicated professional with experience in research and healthcare. Currently serving as a Research Associate at Greenstone Biosciences since April 2023, Rebecca previously coordinated the Pharmaceutical Sciences Mentorship Program at UC Irvine, managing board activities and liaising with other student organizations. As an Undergraduate Researcher at UC Irvine, Rebecca developed a phenomics research model while supervising fellow students. Previous roles include an intern at Scientific Horizons Consulting, a Registration Intern at COPE Health Solutions, and a COPE Health Scholar at Kaiser Permanente Irvine, where clinical skills were enhanced through diverse patient interactions. Rebecca has a strong foundation in leadership as evidenced by positions such as Treasurer and Secretary for the Pharmaceutical Sciences Mentorship Program and President of the Orion Abacus Youth Organization. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a minor in Public Health from UC Irvine and a high school diploma from Cupertino High School.
