Colleen Berube

Colleen Berube is a seasoned technology and operations executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Expert in Residence at Metis Strategy and a member of the AI Council at Firstboard.io®, Colleen is also a member of The Greycroft Technical Council. Colleen's previous role as CIO and SVP Operations at Zendesk involved overseeing significant advancements in customer service technology, while earlier positions included Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Fisher Investments and VP of IT at Adobe. Colleen's educational background includes an MBA from the University of North Florida and a BA in Liberal Arts from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
